Dholera SIR Developers Association (DSDA) is formed with an objective to become an integral part of Growth and Development story of Hon’ble PM Modi’s dream city and India’s First Greenfield Industrial Smart City of India. Spanning over 920 sq kms & comprising of 22 villages of Dholera Taluka in Ahmedabad District of Gujarat India, Dholera SIR is going to be among the largest Greenfield Smart Cities of the world.
Developers, Land Aggregators, Brokers, Advocates, Finance guys, Analysts and various other professionals across India as well as Globe are looking forward to become part of this magnificent city.
In order to work efficiently and in more organised manner and along with various Government departments working for Dholera region, representatives of various companies came forward and join hands together to form this beautiful association called DSDA. Like Dholera is in very nascent stage, so is DSDA, so it urges more and more companies and professionals to become part of association and let it grow along with Dholera parallelly.
DSDA will closely work with the government bodies such as DICDL, DSIRDA, GIDB and RERA to create a framework for the development of Dholera region.
DSDA will in regular intervals organise events, promotional campaigns, road shows etc. all over India and across the globe for the promotion and creating awareness about Dholera region.
